From the thousands of XL Citizens around the world, there are only 3,600 XL Founding Members in total, who invested their time and resources in the first decade of this millennium towards holding the space for XL Nation to grow. Each year, we run the Extraordinary Lives Award, where Founding Members can nominated the Founding Members they know who are living by example – maximising their power to create and contribute.
