IMPORTANT
Payment is required with registration and must be received prior to the conference to guarantee your seat. If payment is not received within 10 days upon receipt of the application form, the application will be cancelled automatically. Walk-in delegated with payment will only be admitted on the basis of availability and with immediate full payment. The organiser reserves the right to make any amendment that deems fit to be in the interest of the conference without any prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be in put in writing 14 days before the event and we will refund 40% of the conference fee upon receiving the request. No refund will be given back to cancellation received less than 14 days before the event.
REGISTRATION POLICY
There is no refund for 'no show'
